Omega Pillow Plates used in Hydropower Plants
A customer of Omega Thermo Products supplies hydroelectric power stations all over the world. Many hydropower plants of the first and second generation are currently more than 40 years old and therefore need to be replaced.
One or more turbines are used in a hydroelectric power station. The energy generated by the turbines from the hydropower is passed on to generators. Due to the continuous progress of this process, the generators can get overheat. Our Omega Pillow Plates are used to cool the generators.
