Horizontale Dryers 20 mm
For a German client in chemistry we have provided 3 plates with Pillow Plates. The plates are used for Horizontal Dryers.
Many production processes produce water and / or solvent-liquid intermediates that must be dried before further processing, distribution or removal is possible.
The drying is done, among other things, by thermal final drying. This is accomplished by coating the reactors with half pipe or double wall systems.
Our customer has used these tanks for the first time with Omega Pillow Plates and is very enthusiastic about the many flexible possibilities of laser welded plates.
For this assignment we welded sheets of 20 mm thick.
